Requirements:

- To achieve or exceed sales targets for Maybank Group's products and services through quality handling of outbound and inbound sales calls/sales enquiries.
- To ensure that customers receive a positive experience which will contribute to overall customer satisfaction and achievement of Maybank Group's business goals.
Requirements:
- Possesses SPM/Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year's of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a Contact Centre telesales environment
- Outgoing personality
- Proactive and have proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Able to work long hours; even beyond normal hours of work
- Must be able to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam and on contract basis
- Immediate availability
- Preferably possess own transport
- Good communication skills i.e in written, spoken, grammar and comprehension in English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Must have persuasive telephone selling skills
- Has demonstrated ability in problem solving
